Problem

Log contains: "Please use a JDK, or copy the correct tools.jar into the JRE should attach not work."

Solution

Instana needs it to be run by a JDK, which can be identified by having a lib/tools.jar
As a first step, make sure that this file exists. If not, you will need to ensure one exists for us to correctly detect the technology.
